On May 14th, Guangzhou Mayer Corp., Ltd. and Shenzhen Technology University officially signed the Strategic Framework Agreement for School-Enterprise Cooperation in Shenzhen Pingshan. The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation across the five dimensions of "industry-academia-research-investment-application" to jointly explore new models for the deep integration of industrial needs and talent cultivation.


As a benchmark enterprise in the stainless steel water pipe industry, Guangzhou Mayer has deep expertise in intelligent pipelines, direct drinking water systems, new phase-change energy storage materials, and waste heat recovery and utilization, driving industrial upgrading through technological innovation. Shenzhen Technology University, with engineering disciplines at its core, focuses on cultivating high-level applied talents, which closely aligns with enterprise needs. Through resource sharing and complementary advantages, the two sides will build a closed-loop "education-industry-innovation" ecosystem.


The agreement specifies five cooperation directions: jointly establishing internship, training, and talent development bases; collaborating on scientific research projects; launching a "Mayer Class" for targeted talent cultivation with priority employment for graduates; jointly developing specialized courses in new energy storage and other fields; and implementing mutual faculty appointments and practical training programs.


This cooperation represents an important initiative by Guangzhou Mayer to deepen the integration of industry, academia, research, and application. Through close collaboration with Shenzhen Technology University, the enterprise will further strengthen its technological barriers, expand application scenarios, and provide talent and intellectual support for industrial upgrading in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. In the future, the two parties will continue to explore new school-enterprise cooperation models, injecting new momentum into industry innovation and high-quality regional economic development.
